Our Installation Process

1. Contact Sela Gutter Connection to have our residential estimator come out and determine your needs. (Both you and your significant other should be present, so our estimator gets a comprehensive look at your needs.)
   
   
2. Our estimator prices the job, then discuss this pricing with you.
   
   
3. You sign the contract, and send the down payment.
   
   
4. An employee will contact you about scheduling:
   
   
1. Gutters and downspouts: you will receive a call one day in advance of gutter installation
2. Soffit and fascia work: you will be notified one to two days in advance
3. Roofing, siding, and window/door work: you will be contacted a week or so in advance to set up scheduling
   
   
5. A Sela crew arrives and seamless gutter installation begins:
   
   
1. Measuring, making the gutters and preparing the house
2. Install and pitch the gutters; installation is performed with screws, not nails
3. Install flashing and hangers, possibly including optional installation of gutter protection and splash guards
4. Install downspouts and extensions, possibly including optional downspout flip-ups, underground downspouts, or splashblocks
5. Thorough clean-up and recycling of materials
   
   
6. Collect remaining payment per credit card, cash, financing, money orders, check, etc.
   
   
7. Finished! Our happy customers give refreshment to tired, thirsty crew for a job well done.
   
   
8. The Sela estimator makes a follow up call in a few days to see how the job looks and confirm that you, our customer, remain 100% satisfied.
