Staff BiographiesDave L. General Manager"I started in the gutter business by chance. In 1985 I was an unemployed carpenter who couldn't stand collecting unemployment checks, so I found a job at a gutter company. Soon I was offered the chance to purchase a truck already equipped with everything a man in the gutter business would want, so I started my own business. I have personally installed gutters, siding and roofing on hundreds of houses! "In 1998 Paz Sela asked me to join the Sela team and run their gutter division. We started with one truck, and now Sela Gutter Connection has grown into the biggest gutter company in the Twin Cities Metro. "My wife and I enjoy traveling at least once a year. I have two daughters; they're both married and currently I have two grandkids. They're the best! In 1988 I was diagnosed with cancer. I was blessed with another lease on life and beat the big C! My hobbies include cooking on the grill, gardening, hunting, deep-sea fishing and seeing new countries." Jason S. Project Manager"I manage all of our gutter production procedures, including installation, quality control, scheduling, and inventory/ordering. I also maintain core relations with customers, vendors and contractors. "I've worked as an installer and manager at Sela Gutter Connection for the past 10 years, and have personally sold thousands of feet of seamless gutters. I also have experience selling siding, windows, soffit, fascia, and roofing. "I've been married to my high school sweetheart, for the past 11 years and we have four children, who I spend as much time as possible. In what little spare time I can find I enjoy fishing, snorkeling, diving, football, weight lifting and running."
