#MeetTheTeam - Shout out to our fearless leader, Dave Lesnar who has been with Sela for 23+ years. Previously he ran his own gutter company for 20 years before joining the Sela team.  Dave's training background includes carpentry school, business management, certifications in lead safety, home building, finishing school and certification in various vendors' products.  With Dave's excellent expertise and good humor, he oversees the gutter division which entails estimating, projection and scheduling of all incoming large projects, directs and supports his project manager for the installation crews, manages the salesmen, sub contractors and office staff, he also works with finances, advertising and all the day to day details.  

Thanks to his wife of 38 years Renee Marie for all her support, customer service and talents she brings to the table- You both bring the team spirit to this division!
