Customer Service Story

A previous customer of ours recently sent a letter to our office thanking Tina, our receptionist, for her customer service. The homeowner was in the midst of selling their home and had lost their warranty information, and that is where Tina worked with them to assure the new copy made it to its destination in time. The customer called Tina, “A true asset to the company” and we couldn’t agree more. Way to go, Tina!
