Challenge

Our Minnesota winters can last for six months with a couple days of spring followed by intense heat of summer and a few days of autumn and back to winter. We still need to get our crews out for siding installs!

Solution

Sela's great crews are ready to work in all of those seasons, and our customers are grateful for friendly, efficient service.

Luis's crew bundled up to apply house wrap before the reside. Office Manager Renee showed up to encourage the crew and snap a few pictures.

A summer install in the heat was rewarded by the homeowner with sandwiches and ice cream for our crew. The salesman Nick and General Manager Dave Lesnar showed up too late to get the treats, but they were still able to check on the job and joke with the crew.
