Gavin Bews, our salesman, was very personal. He answered our questions, even getting back to us via phone when we called with additional questions. Installation took longer to get done because of material issues. I called to check after 3 weeks to see where we were in the queue.  Then we were scheduled for the next day.  Install crew was courteous and neat.

Excellent work on the gutters.  The roof is covered with snow now, but the work was excellent from what we saw.  We worked with our insurance company, and the budget was perfect with Sela.  There was one glitch in invoicing where the invoice submitted to the insurance company was different from the invoice received/sent to us.  The salesman assured us of the correct cost and responded quickly to resolve the issue.  We are very satisfied.
